Stephen Schwartz, Executive Director
Stephen Schwartz brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in education, behavioral health, and therapeutic program management to his role as Executive Director at Eating Disorder Solutions. With a deep commitment to holistic recovery, Stephen integrates clinical best practices with individualized care models that empower clients to heal emotionally, physically, and mentally. His career has been dedicated to creating environments where individuals and families feel supported, understood, and inspired to achieve sustainable wellness.
Before joining Eating Disorder Solutions, Stephen led multi-campus operations at Fusion Academy, where he developed programs that prioritized emotional well-being alongside academic success. As District Vice President, he guided teams in building trauma-informed, strengths-based cultures that fostered connection, accountability, and resilience. He later founded Pathfinders Academic Consulting, where he helped families navigate therapeutic and residential placements, ensuring each student received compassionate, evidence-based support aligned with their unique needs.
Stephen’s leadership style is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and clinical integrity. He partners closely with clinicians, families, and care teams to create consistent pathways toward recovery and lifelong health.
