Christmas is so close, and I don’t know about you, but I definitely can’t get enough of the peppermint chocolate combo this time of year. From my coffee to my cookies, I can’t get enough! With this quick and easy brownie recipe, I’m sure you’ll start to feel even more festive!!
Ingredients
- 1/4c butter
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4c flour
- 1/4c cocoa powder
- 1/4c white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 drops peppermint extract
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- With a hand mixer or a stand mixer, beat together butter and sugars until fluffy, then add vanilla, egg, and peppermint extract.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt (make sure to scrape sides of the bowl, in order to incorporate all ingredients).
- Mix in white chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean) in an 8×8 pan.
