Recovery Coach
Support clients in their eating disorder recovery journey by providing peer mentorship, encouragement, and connection to community resources across residential and outpatient levels of care.
- Lived experience in eating disorder recovery preferred
- CPRS certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for peer support and advocacy
Nurse (RN / LVN)
Provide direct nursing care to patients in residential or outpatient eating disorder programs. Monitor medical stability, assist with nutritional rehabilitation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Active RN or LVN license in Texas
- 1+ year behavioral health or medical nursing experience
- Experience with eating disorder medical complications preferred
- BLS certification required
Clinical Director
Lead the clinical team at a residential or outpatient eating disorder treatment facility. Oversee individualized treatment planning, staff supervision, and quality assurance across all levels of care.
- Licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Texas
- 5+ years eating disorder or behavioral health experience
- 3+ years supervisory experience
- CEDS credential preferred
Director of Nursing
Oversee all nursing operations at a residential or outpatient eating disorder treatment facility. Manage nursing staff, medical monitoring protocols, and regulatory compliance across all levels of care.
- Active RN license in Texas
- 3+ years nursing leadership experience
- Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder settings
- Knowledge of CARF/Joint Commission standards
Operations Director
Support operations across our eating disorder treatment network. Work directly with facility leadership to implement operational standards, track KPIs, and drive performance improvement across residential and outpatient programs.
- 5+ years healthcare operations experience
- Multi-site management experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Behavioral health or eating disorder background preferred
Executive Director
Oversee all operations at a residential or outpatient eating disorder treatment facility. Responsible for census management, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and community partnerships.
- Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- 5+ years behavioral health leadership
- P&L management experience
- Texas licensure preferred
Nurse Practitioner
Provide advanced practice nursing care to patients in residential or outpatient eating disorder programs. Conduct medical assessments, manage psychiatric medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Active NP license in Texas (PMHNP preferred)
- DEA registration
- Experience in eating disorders or psychiatry preferred
- BLS certification
