Our outpatient eating disorder treatment facility in Dallas, TX is conveniently located and accessible by public transit including bus and train. Our eating disorder center in Dallas is perfect for both clients seeking long-term recovery support and those who need help but may not require the round-the-clock care of a residential program. Our outpatient levels of care provide the same level of direct, person-first treatment as our inpatient programs, but allow you the freedom to continue working, going to school, or tending to other obligations.
Eating Disorder Solutions’ outpatient center offers two levels of care:
Partial Hospitalization Programs: Between 8 AM and 6 PM each day, this level of care includes three supervised meals and two snacks as well as five group therapy sessions. These groups cover a variety of topics including nutrition, emotional processing, and life skills development. At the end of each day, clients may return home or to our transitional living center where they will be responsible for the final snack for the day.
Intensive Outpatient Programs: Between 10:45 AM and 3 PM, three to five times per week Monday through Friday, clients in the IOP level of care share one supervised meal and group to help challenge disordered thoughts and habits around food. Similar to PHP care, the specific focus of each group will vary.
Clients in our Dallas outpatient eating disorder programs can enjoy a variety of amenities including:
- Catered meals in accordance to your nutrition plan
- Transportation assistance for transitional housing clients
- Access to local shopping centers, restaurants, and parks
