Warning Signs Checklist

Eating disorders show up in more than just eating habits. This checklist covers behavioral, physical, emotional, and social signs together, the way they usually show up in real life.

This is an educational self-reflection tool, not a diagnostic test. It can’t tell you whether you have an eating disorder — only a licensed clinician can do that.
If you’re in crisis right now: If you or someone you know is in physical danger — fainting, chest pain, an irregular heartbeat, or signs of a medical crisis — Call or text 988, or call 911 for emergencies.

Want to talk it through?

Reflection is a starting point, not an endpoint. A brief conversation with someone who knows this territory can help you make sense of what you’re noticing.
