Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies
Adapted From: Nestle Tollhouse Original Recipe
2 ¼ cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter (room temperature)
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 375F;
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in a stand mixer until creamy in consistency. Add eggs (one at a time). Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips;
- Wrap in seran wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes;
- Unwrap dough and slice into 24 cookies;
- Bake for 10 minutes & Enjoy!
